Unlike ordinary two-dimensional flat worktables, the base plate, support blocks, and fixtures of this equipment can be positioned and adjusted in the X/Y/Z three-dimensional directions, enabling the three-dimensional clamping of workpieces, multi-angle welding (such as overhead welding, vertical welding, corner welding) and the assembly of complex components. It is particularly suitable for the processing of frame-like, box-like, and irregular metal structures. The core of the platform is composed of standard steel base plates, positioning modules, clamping modules, support modules, etc., and all modules adopt the same hole/ standard (common DIN 2080 standard holes), which can be freely assembled and combined to meet the processing requirements of different sizes and shapes of workpieces.
Main components

Base substrate: The core supporting surface of the platform, with standard positioning holes/slots evenly distributed on the surface, used for installing various modules. It is divided into solid substrate and hollow substrate (to reduce weight and facilitate slag discharge).
Positioning module: Includes positioning pins, positioning blocks, angle rulers, height blocks, etc., used for precisely fixing the position and angle of the workpiece to ensure processing accuracy.
Clamping module: Includes quick fixtures, pressure plates, screw clamps, magnetic clamps, etc., which firmly fix the workpiece on the substrate or support module to prevent displacement during welding.
Support module: Includes support legs, lifting support blocks, universal ball support, etc., used to adjust the height of the workpiece, support irregular workpieces, and enhance operational flexibility.
Auxiliary module: Includes welding gun brackets, grounding devices, waste collection slots, etc., which optimize the welding operation environment, improve safety and convenience.

Daily Maintenance Key Points
After each use, clean the soldering residue and oil stains on the substrate surface to prevent the positioning holes from getting blocked and affecting accuracy;
Regularly apply anti-rust lubricating oil to the threaded parts of the fixture to prevent rust and jamming;
Regularly check the flatness of the substrate. If deformation occurs, it is necessary to return to the factory for correction in time.
Safety Operating Procedures
When welding, connect a dedicated grounding device to prevent damage caused by current passing through the module;
Avoid direct arc cutting on the substrate surface to prevent the substrate from being burned by high temperature;
When clamping heavy workpieces, evenly distribute the support points to prevent local overload and deformation of the substrate.
