STEP 1: Install washer ‌

First install the correct size washer, ensuring that it is placed flat on the threaded end of the bolt or stud.

STEP 3: Use a wrench to tighten ‌

Use wrench to turn nut clockwise and tighten. If bolt head can be tightened, use a second wrench to tighten nut at same time.
