Our welding table systems are fully modular 3D fixturing solutions built for precision welding, assembly and inspection. Featuring H7 tolerance hole grids on five working faces, these nitrided welding tables enable fast, repeatable positioning and clamping for custom fabrications. Replace costly one-off jigs, cut setup time, and maintain consistent dimensional accuracy for both manual and robotic welding projects. Available in D16, D22 and D28 series with full interchangeable clamping accessories.

D16 Welding Table System
Hole diameter: Φ16 mm | Grid pitch: 50×50 mm The compact grid enables fine positioning and tight fixture arrangement for small and delicate fabrications. Ideal for sheet metal, cabinet frames, aluminium assemblies, small machine brackets, prototyping and low-volume precision jobs. Available in HT300 cast iron or Q355 steel grades, Grade 0 / Grade 1 flatness options for robotic welding. Best for: Job shops focusing on thin plate, small assemblies and high repeatability.
D28 Welding Table System
Hole diameter: Φ28 mm | 100 mm grid A balanced middle system widely favoured by European fabricators. It balances clamping force and positioning density, suitable for medium-sized frames, handrails, stair assemblies and general structural work. Offers faster setup than D28 and higher load capacity than D16.

- Surface Treatment: Plasma Nitriding-a critical process that provides resistance to weld spatter adhesion, wear, and corrosion.
- Flatness Tolerance: Standard ≤0.1mm/1000mm; high-precision (Grade 0) versions can achieve ≤0.05mm/1000mm, suitable for robotic welding workstations.

Everything You Need to Know
Can I customize the table size?
Yes. Custom length, width, height, flatness grade and nitride hardness are available. We also supply custom bases and fixture kits.
What is your lead time?
Standard models: 15–25 working days. Custom or Grade 0 robot-grade tables take longer. We will confirm the exact lead time on your quotation.
Why do locking pins get stuck sometimes?
The main cause is weld spatter accumulated inside the holes. Clean holes thoroughly before inserting pins. Collision deformation or cross-brand tolerance mismatch can also lead to jamming.
What should I do if the table gets rusty?
Light surface rust can be cleaned with mild anti-rust cleaner. Rust usually appears where the nitride layer is damaged by arc strikes. Avoid direct arcing on the tabletop.
