The D28 Modular Welding Table is a three-dimensional, flexible modular fixturing platform. Its core feature is the distribution of φ28mm positioning holes on the table surface and sides at a standard spacing of 100mm, compatible with a full range of modular clamps. It is used in high-precision metal processing applications such as welding, assembly, and inspection, offering advantages such as rapid reconfiguration, high repeatability, and strong durability. It is widely used in the manufacturing of large and medium-sized steel structures and heavy machinery.

Packaging and transportation

Packaging: The tabletop is wrapped with waterproof film and pearl cotton, and packaged in a high-strength plywood crate with reinforced corners; accessories are packaged in separate boxes with a packing list to prevent damage and loss during transportation.

Shipping: Supports sea freight (container), land freight (flatbed truck), and air freight (loose cargo/full container); the gross weight of a single unit is 500-1500kg. Forklifts or cranes are recommended for loading and unloading to prevent damage to the tabletop.

Labeling: The crate is marked with the product model, dimensions, weight, and moisture-proof/shockproof/upward orientation symbols. An installation manual and parts list are included for easy verification upon receipt.
