Forged from high-grade alloy steel, offering superior impact resistance and toughness compared to common cast iron alternatives.
Surface treated with nitriding for enhanced hardness and corrosion resistance, significantly extending service life.
Patented Multi-Ball Self-Locking Mechanism:
Internal concentric multi-ball expansion design ensures automatic self-centering when the screw is tightened, achieving repeatable positioning accuracy of ≤0.02mm.
Delivers a clamping force of up to 50kN and a shear force of 250kN after tightening, capable of handling heavy-duty applications without displacement.
Tool-Free Operation:
Supports one-click quick locking/release. When loosened, the balls retract for easy insertion into standard table holes; when tightened, the pin locks firmly in place-eliminating the need for repeated adjustments and dramatically improving fixture assembly efficiency.

The batch of locking pins was delivered on schedule. On-site testing confirmed that the new pins significantly enhanced the overall rigidity of the fixture system, ensuring stable performance throughout the production process. The finished product dimensional pass rate increased to over 99%.
