Engine Valve Guide
Engine Valve Guide is the guiding device of the valve of automobile engine. The valve guide acts on the valve and makes heat on the valve rod pass to the cylinder head through valve guide.

Double-headed Studs
Double-headed studs is a common threaded connection that has two exposed threaded ends which can be used with two corresponding threads. It is widely used in automotive, machinery, construction and other fields, often used to connect two parts and provide reliable fastening Effect.

Spark Plug Port
The main function of Spark Plug Port is to introduce high voltage electricity into the engine cylinder, creating a spark through the electrode gap, which ignites the combustible mixture in the cylinder. The utility model is mainly composed of ‌ wiring nut, ‌ insulator, wiring screw, central electrode, ‌ side electrode and a shell, wherein the side electrode is welded to the shell.

Installation of Engine Valve Guide

Catheter material
Generally selected carbon steel, hardness 40 ~ 45HRC.

V-shaped arrangement
is adopted relative to the center line of the cylinder head. This arrangement can make the middle water cavity of the cylinder head increase, strengthen the cooling, at the same time, can make the combustion chamber design more compact, diameter of the valve head increases.

Interference amount
Engine Valve Guide must be selected appropriately. Too small interference will make the pipe loose, leakage of oil into the combustion chamber; Too much interference will cause the cylinder head to crack when pressed into the conduit.

Pressure into the catheter
The cylinder head is uniformly heated to 80℃~100℃, and Engine Valve Guide is cooled to -40 ℃.Quickly install the punch rod and press the conduit into the conduit hole on the cylinder head. After the pipe is pressed, the inner hole is hinged according to the regulations.
