Typical Workflow

Planning: Based on the 3D model or drawing of the workpiece, plan the positions of the positioning points and clamping points on the table.

Setup: Fix the required accessories such as locating pins, support blocks, and angle devices on the corresponding grid holes of the table with bolts.

Clamping: Place the workpiece on these set-up positioning elements, then clamp it with clamps from an appropriate direction.

Welding: Perform the welding operation. Since the workpiece is firmly and accurately fixed, deformation can be effectively controlled.

Disassembly and Resetting: After welding is completed, loosen the clamps and remove the workpiece. The accessories can be left in place for the next production of the same workpiece, or they can be easily disassembled to prepare for the next new workpiece.
