1. Welding Platform Cleaning

Power Off and Cooling: Turn off the power and allow the platform to cool completely before resuming operation.

Remove Slag: Use a specialized scraper or wire brush to remove slag, spatter, and other debris from the surface.

Stain Removal and Wiping: Wipe the platform with a cloth dampened with industrial alcohol or a specialized cleaning agent to remove oil and residual flux.

Drying and Rust Prevention: Finally, wipe the surface dry with a clean cloth to prevent moisture residue from causing rust.

2. Flux Nozzle Cleaning

System Shutdown: Cut off the flux supply to prevent leaks.

Component Disassembly: Remove the nozzle to prevent further blockage.

Solvent Rinsing: Clean the interior with a specialized solvent to remove crystals and blockages.

Nozzle Unblocking: Carefully unblock the nozzle with a fine needle to ensure unobstructed flow, then dry with compressed air and reassemble.

3. Welding Strip Equipment Cleaning

Power Off and Shutdown: Disconnect the power and stop the welding strip delivery.

Remove Debris: Use a brush or vacuum cleaner to remove solder slag and debris from the solder ribbon path.

Wipe Components: Clean the guide rollers, tension adjustment mechanism, and other parts with an alcohol-soaked cloth to remove oil and grease.

Inspect Guide Channels: Ensure there are no blockages; clean with specialized tools if necessary to ensure smooth solder ribbon transport.
