3D Welding Jig Fixture Table

Typical Workflow
1. Digital Design: Import the 3D model of the workpiece into specialized CAD software, and design and optimize the fixture frame structure in a virtual environment.
2. Generate Bill of Materials: The software automatically outputs a list of all standard components required to build this fixture.
3. Physical Construction: Retrieve components from the warehouse and assemble the 3D fixture frame layer by layer on the base platform, similar to building with Lego or scaffolding according to drawings.
4. Install Positioning and Clamping Elements: Install locating pins, support blocks, and clamps at key nodes of the frame.
5. Workpiece Clamping and Welding: Place the workpiece into the customized frame, clamp it, and perform welding.
6. Dismantling and Archiving: After completion, completely dismantle the frame and return the components to the warehouse. Archive the digital solution for future production use.

Usage Notes
• Systematic thinking training required: Users must think from the perspective of three-dimensional space construction, not just planar layout.
• High initial investment and management costs: The investment in the system itself and the establishment of a complete module library is huge, and strict digital inventory management is required.
• Fine maintenance: All connecting surfaces and positioning surfaces must be kept absolutely clean and regularly lubricated; any tiny particles will affect the accuracy.
• Standardized operation: It needs to be built in the designed order, and a torque wrench should be used to tighten key bolts to ensure overall rigidity.
• Heat insulation: During welding, thermal insulation protection must be applied to the frame components close to the weld to prevent deformation caused by heat conduction.
