The China 3D welding table is a basic tooling device designed for general welding operations. Its core feature is a high-hardness, wear-resistant flat surface that eliminates the need for hole-based clamping fixtures. It is suitable for manual welding of small workpieces, repair welding, and simple component assembly welding. It boasts advantages such as a simple structure, economical cost, and easy maintenance, and is widely used in small processing plants, repair workshops, and manual welding applications.

Specifications
In the core series of 3D welding tables, the D28 and D16 series are two mainstream specifications based on the D-type hole system. They define the standards of modern flexible manufacturing with their exceptional flexibility and rapid clamping capabilities.
Main structural components
1. Tabletop: The core component, made of high-carbon, high-manganese wear-resistant steel (such as Q345B, Q235 after quenching, or Hardox wear-resistant plate), and covered with positioning holes.
2. Main Frame: A sturdy steel structure supporting the tabletop, usually welded from structural steel (square tubes, I-beams), ensuring overall stability.
3. Positioning Hole System:
D-shaped holes: The most common design. One side is a straight edge, which, when combined with the square locking bolt on the clamp, allows for unidirectional, gap-free locking, preventing the clamp from rotating and providing the highest accuracy.
Round holes: Used with cylindrical locking bolts, offering more flexible installation, but may have a small gap.
4. Functional Clamps (Accessories): Including various manual/pneumatic quick clamps, support columns, positioning blocks, limiters, V-blocks, etc., which are crucial for the platform's functionality.
5. Legs and Leveling System: Height-adjustable feet are used to compensate for uneven ground and ensure the platform is level.
Surface treatment process
Conventional cast iron platforms are coated with inorganic silicon high-temperature resistant paint. The coating thickness is 0.1-0.3mm, and it can withstand temperatures up to 800℃, effectively preventing high-temperature adhesion of welding slag. The coating surface is smooth, and welding slag can be easily cleaned with a scraper or high-pressure air gun.
The coating color is mostly gray or black, and it has a certain heat insulation effect, reducing the impact of high temperatures on the platform base.
2. Nitriding/Carburizing Strengthening Treatment
This is a core process for high-end alloy steel platforms. The hardened layer formed on the surface after nitriding is not only wear-resistant but also reduces the adhesion of welding slag. Even if welding slag splashes onto the surface, it can be easily removed after cooling without requiring forceful cleaning.
Carburizing treatment is suitable for platforms requiring higher strength, with a surface hardness of over HV1000, but the process cost is higher than nitriding.
3. Anti-Rust Treatment
Non-working surfaces are coated with epoxy anti-rust paint, with a thickness of 0.2-0.4mm, to prevent rusting caused by humid workshop environments;
For long-term storage, the working surface needs to be coated with anti-rust oil or covered with anti-rust paper to prevent oxidation.

The welding table main body is packaged using IPPC certified fumigation-free plywood pallets + detachable steel frame boxes. Accessories are packaged using moisture-proof and anti-static PE bags + custom foam inserts + thickened corrugated cardboard boxes. All materials comply with the destination country's customs standards for wood packaging, eliminating the risk of quarantine and customs detention.
The packaging structure is optimized according to the transportation method (sea freight/air freight/land freight): Sea freight shipments include double the amount of desiccant and waterproof pallet covers; air freight shipments use lightweight aluminum alloy frames to strictly control the weight of each package; land freight shipments include wear-resistant canvas covers and metal corner protectors to enhance resistance to bumps and vibrations.
2. Comprehensive Protection, Preventing Damage
Before shipment, the base plate surface is uniformly coated with anti-rust oil and covered with PE anti-rust film, and high-density EVA anti-collision corner protectors are added to the corners; fixture accessories are individually packaged with desiccant to ensure moisture-proof, rust-proof, and scratch-proof protection throughout transportation.
Heavy-duty platforms are secured with cross-shaped steel straps to prevent shifting and deformation during transportation; the outer packaging box is clearly marked with internationally recognized labels such as "THIS SIDE UP," "FRAGILE," and "HEAVY LOAD" to guide loading and unloading operations.
3. Clear Labeling, Complete Information
The outer packaging box accurately displays product model, quantity, gross weight/net weight, dimensions, shipping marks, destination port, and other information; a multilingual product packing list is included to facilitate customer acceptance and customs clearance.
