Core structure and material characteristics

Material: Mainly uses high-strength low-alloy structural steel (Q345B/Q460) or ductile iron (QT450-10). The thickness of the steel plate surface is mostly 50-150mm. The cast iron surface undergoes aging treatment to eliminate internal stress and prevent deformation over time.
Surface Treatment: The steel plate surface is mostly treated by quenching + tempering, with a surface hardness of HRC45 or above, which is wear-resistant and resistant to welding slag impact; some high-end models will undergo nitriding treatment to further enhance rust prevention and wear resistance.
Holes / Grooves: According to the function, there are two types - one is a multi-hole array type (similar to a three-dimensional flexible welding table, with hole diameters of D28/D30, hole spacing of 100mm, suitable for modular fixtures); the other is a T-shaped groove surface, with groove widths of 16-40mm, used for installing clamps and bolts to fix irregular heavy workpieces. Some models will integrate the hole position + T-shaped groove structure to balance flexibility and versatility.
Auxiliary Design: The edge of the surface has lifting holes or lifting rings for convenient overall transportation; the surface is engraved with benchmark grid lines and scales for quick measurement and positioning; the corners are chamfered to prevent bumps and scratches.
