A complete set of 28 Series 3D Welding Table usually includes:
Workbench main body:
Made of high-strength cast iron or steel structure, ensuring rigidity and stability with minimal thermal deformation.
The workbench surface is equipped with 28mm diameter grid holes arranged at standard intervals (usually 50mm or 100mm). These holes are precision-machined with extremely high positional accuracy.
Core accessories (key to realizing 3D functions):
Locating pins/groove blocks: Used for quick and precise positioning of workpieces or fixtures on the horizontal plane (X-Y axis).
Support rods/support angle seats: These are the core components for realizing functions in the Z-axis direction. They can be inserted into the 28mm grid holes and extended upwards to support and clamp workpieces in the vertical direction.
