Strict flatness control. Precision milling and stress relief treatment are applied during production. Tight flatness tolerance guarantees consistent positioning accuracy across the whole working surface, which perfectly meets the requirement of high tolerance assembly, dimensional inspection and pre welding fit check for complex metal structures.

Heavy load rigid frame. It adopts reinforced side skirt structure and thickened table plate design with internal stiffeners. The rigid frame can bear evenly distributed heavy workpieces steadily without plate sagging or elastic deformation under full rated load, suitable for large frame, chassis and heavy pipe fabrication projects.

Adjustable leveling system. Equipped with independent heavy duty support legs with leveling function. Each leg can be fine tuned separately to compensate uneven workshop concrete floors, keeping the entire table plane horizontal and stable during continuous long shift operation and eliminating positioning deviation caused by foundation irregularity.

Lower fixture investment. One single base table can adapt to multiple product families and various welding tasks. Fabricators no longer need to manufacture and store large quantities of fixed single use jigs.
