The 3D D16/D28 Welding Table differs from traditional dedicated fixtures: one platform + universal modules, suitable for the welding/assembly of almost all structural components, significantly reducing model changeover time and lowering tooling costs. It is an industrial-grade three-dimensional flexible modular welding fixture platform, with the core being a dual-specification positioning hole array of D16 (φ16mm) + D28 (φ28mm), used for high-precision welding, assembly, inspection, and rapid tooling switching. |

System Structure and Composition
1. Main body (core) of the workbench
- Five-sided processing: top surface + evenly distributed positioning holes on four sides, capable of multi-directional expansion and connection.
- Material: HT250/HT300 cast iron (high rigidity, anti-deformation, high temperature resistance) or Q345/Q355 steel plate (lightweight, high cost-effectiveness).
- Accuracy: flatness ≤ 0.1/1000mm, perpendicularity ≤ 0.1/200mm.
- Size: common sizes include 1000×1000, 1200×800, 2000×1000, 3000×1500, 4000×2000mm, and can be infinitely connected.
2. Standard module (flexible core)
- Positioning type: positioning pins, right-angle blocks, V-shaped blocks, angle irons, positioning plates, clearance washers.
- Clamping type: quick clamps, screw clamping devices, push-pull fixtures, heavy-duty clamping blocks.
- Support type: columns, adjustable supports, U-shaped/L-shaped support blocks, angle gauges.
- Connection type: steel ball locking pins (single locking force can reach 5T, shear force 25T), connection blocks, extension brackets.
3. Supports and accessories
- Support legs, steel frame, hydraulic lifting table, casters, horizontal adjustment feet, lighting, smoke exhaust interface, robot interface, etc.

D16: Primarily used for small / precision / sheet metal parts, with dense holes, fine positioning, and flexible clamping.
D28: Primarily used for heavy / large workpieces, with large holes, strong bearing capacity, and good stability.
Combined use: The same platform can simultaneously accommodate D16 + D28 holes, balancing precision and heavy load.
Installation: Horizontal leveling, rigid fixation; the module is fastened and locked by steel ball locking pins for precise positioning and tightening.
