Essential Components
Platform Body (Table Body)
Material: Usually made of high-strength cast iron or high-quality carbon steel (such as Q235), and undergoes stress relief treatment to ensure no deformation during long-term use and excellent stability.
Working Surface: Covered with precision-machined standard grid holes. The most common hole spacing is 100mm x 100mm (with high precision of ±0.05mm) or a denser 50mm x 50mm.
Specifications: Available in various standard sizes (such as 2000mm x 1000mm), and can also be spliced to form a larger working area.
Modular Fixturing Elements
Connecting Parts: Stud bolts are the core connecting parts, with one end screwed into the threaded hole of the platform and the other end used to fix other modules.
Locating Parts: Including locating pins, locating blocks, profile stops, etc., used to determine the reference position of the workpiece.
