Production Processes and Quality Control

Material Selection
The tabletop is constructed from Q355B low-alloy, high-strength steel, offering superior load-bearing capacity and resistance to deformation compared to standard carbon steel.
Stress Relief
Following welding, the structure undergoes vibration aging and/or high-temperature annealing treatments to eliminate internal stresses, ensuring the tabletop remains free from deformation during long-term use.
Precision Machining
Machined using large-scale CNC gantry milling machines, the tabletop features hole positioning accuracy within ±0.02–0.05 mm and meets strict flatness standards.
Factory Inspection
Each unit undergoes individual inspection to verify flatness, hole positioning accuracy, and load-bearing stability, accompanied by the issuance of a comprehensive inspection report.
