Structural design and core configuration

Surface shape: Standard planar structure, with optional T-slot, positioning holes, and slag discharge slot designs. The T-slot (standard slot widths of 22mm/28mm) is used for quickly fixing the workpiece and the fixture; the positioning holes (compatible with D16/D28 series hole diameters) are compatible with standard positioning pins and quick fixtures; the edge slag discharge slot facilitates the cleaning of welding splashes and residues, thereby improving operational efficiency.
Support structure: The bottom adopts a grid-shaped / diamond-shaped reinforcing ribs + heavy-duty support frame, combined with adjustable anchor bolts, which can quickly calibrate the level of the tabletop and adapt to uneven ground in the workshop. The overall load-bearing capacity is strong, with standard models capable of uniformly carrying loads ranging from 5 to 15 tons, and custom thickened models up to 30 tons, meeting the welding requirements for heavy steel structures, engineering machinery chassis, and other large workpieces.
Specification dimensions: Standard sizes cover 1000mm×1000mm to 4000mm×6000mm. For extra-large sizes, a split casting + assembly process can be adopted. The tabletop thickness is typically 20-30mm, and heavy-duty welding tables can be customized with 50-80mm thickness. Non-standard sizes, thicknesses, and structures can be customized.

Easy maintenance: Cast steel material is resistant to rust and wear. Daily maintenance only requires regular cleaning of welding slag and applying anti-rust oil. No complex maintenance is needed; minor damage to the tabletop can be repaired by re-grinding, significantly reducing operation and maintenance costs.
Timeliness processing and details of accuracy and stability

Dual-time effect process
After the cast steel parts are cast, they are first subjected to manual aging annealing (held at 600–700℃ for 8–12 hours with slow cooling) to eliminate the internal stress generated during the casting process; before fine processing, they undergo natural aging (placed outdoors for 3–6 months), which further releases residual stress. The dual-time effect treatment can prevent the tabletop from warping or deforming after long-term use, ensuring accuracy and stability. This is an advantage that ordinary steel plate welding platforms cannot match.
Scrubbing and grinding process grade
The tabletops of high-precision models will adopt manual scrubbing and grinding technology, with accuracy grades reaching 0 grade / 1 grade (plane error ≤ 0.05mm/m), meeting the requirements for precise assembly and inspection; the conventional welding platforms have a 2-grade accuracy, which can balance cost and practicality. The micro-depressions formed by scrubbing can also store lubricating oil, reducing friction damage between the workpiece and the tabletop.

Initial Purchase vs Long-Term Cost
The initial purchase cost of the cast steel flat welding platform is higher than that of the steel plate welding platform, but it has a lifespan of 10–15 years (while steel plate platforms typically last for 3–5 years), and it maintains high precision with no frequent replacements or corrections required; minor damage to the platform can be repaired by scraping, significantly reducing maintenance costs, and it offers better long-term cost performance.
Residual Value Advantage
The cast steel material is highly durable and less prone to damage. The residual value of second-hand equipment can reach 40%–50%, much higher than the 20% of steel plate platforms. This makes it more advantageous for resale or replacement in the later stages.
