I. Basic Protective Packaging (suitable for small / lightweight 3D welding workbenches, such as the D16 small specification)
Internal protective treatment
Anti-rust protection: The workbench surface is treated with nitriding but still requires additional anti-rust treatment. A VCI gas-phase anti-rust film is used to wrap the entire surface, combined with anti-rust desiccant (silica gel desiccant package, placed at a volume of 50-200g/㎡), to protect the precise parts such as positioning holes and fixture interfaces, which are individually wrapped with anti-rust paper and stuffed with anti-rust oil cotton to prevent salt fog corrosion during shipping.
Damage-resistant parts protection: Components such as swivel wheels, lifting adjustment handles, and lock pins are first sealed in thick PE bags, then wrapped with EPE pearl cotton and placed in an independent cardboard box to avoid damage during transportation due to collisions; the positioning holes on the workbench need to insert plastic protection plugs to prevent dust from entering and scratching the hole walls.
External packaging
Use a five-layer corrugated export cardboard box (in line with international shipping cardboard box standards, with a burst strength of ≥ 1500kPa), filled with EPE pearl cotton, bubble film, or honeycomb cardboard for cushioning, and sealed with waterproof tape on the outside of the box.
If the workbench has a metal frame, add hard cardboard or thin wood boards between the frame and the box to prevent the box from being punctured; the surface of the box needs to be marked with shipping marks according to international standards, including product model, gross weight / net weight, size, destination, MADE IN CHINA, moisture-proof / upward / fragile labels, etc.
