1. Cast Iron Platform (Main Platform)
◦ Material: 3D Welding Cast Iron Table is usually made of high-strength gray cast iron (HT250 or HT300) or ductile iron (QT450). This material has excellent rigidity, stability, wear resistance, and shock absorption properties, ensuring no deformation under heavy loads and frequent use.
◦ Working Surface: The working surface undergoes precision milling and scraping to ensure flatness. Most importantly, the working surface is covered with a grid hole system arranged regularly at a certain spacing (such as 100mm x 100mm or 50mm x 50mm). 2. Grid Hole System

Working Principles and Processes

1. Design and Conception: Based on 3D drawings of the workpiece to be welded, conceive required positioning points, supporting points, and clamping points on the computer or in the mind.
2. Fixture Construction: On 3D Welding Cast Iron Table, like building blocks, select appropriate positioning parts, supporting parts, and clamping parts, and accurately install them in the grid holes of the platform to construct a "mold" or "nest" that completely fits the shape of the workpiece.
3. Placement and Clamping: Put the workpiece into the constructed fixture, which will be automatically positioned to the correct position, and then use the clamp to firmly fix it.
4. Welding Execution: Workers or welding robots can weld the fully fixed workpiece. Due to reliable positioning of the workpiece, welding deformation is small and the precision is high.
5. Disassembly and Reassembly: After welding is completed, loosen clamp and take down the workpiece. All accessories can be removed from 3D Welding Cast Iron Table for construction of fixtures for next completely different workpiece.
