D28 D16 flat welding tables

The packaging of the D28 D16 welding workbench needs to take into account both transportation safety and international trade logistics requirements. It must be able to withstand the vibrations, humidity, and collisions during long-distance sea and land transportation, and also meet the packaging standards of different countries (such as the CE standard of the EU, the ASTM standard of the US, etc.). The packaging plan needs to be customized according to the model, size, weight, and transportation method of the workbench (D16/D28), and can be divided into two main types: basic protective packaging and customized export packaging. The details are as follows:
1. Basic protective packaging (suitable for small / lightweight 3D welding workbenches, such as the D16 small specification)
Internal protection treatment
Anti-rust protection: The workbench surface is treated by nitriding but still requires additional anti-rust treatment. A VCI gas-phase anti-rust film is used to wrap the entire surface, combined with anti-rust desiccant (silica gel desiccant package, placed 50-200g/㎡ by volume), to protect the precise parts such as positioning holes and fixture interfaces, which are wrapped separately with anti-rust paper and stuffed with anti-rust oil cotton to prevent salt fog corrosion during transportation.
Damage-resistant parts protection: Components such as universal wheels, lifting adjustment handles, and lock pins are first sealed in thick PE bags, then wrapped with EPE pearl cotton and placed in an independent cardboard box to avoid damage during transportation due to collisions; the positioning holes on the workbench need to insert plastic protection plugs to prevent dust from entering and scratching the hole walls.
External packaging
Use a five-layer corrugated export carton (in line with international shipping carton standards, with a burst strength of ≥ 1500kPa), filled with EPE pearl cotton, bubble film, or honeycomb cardboard for cushioning, and sealed with waterproof tape on the outside of the carton.
If the workbench has a metal frame, hard cardboard or thin wood boards are placed between the frame and the carton to prevent the carton from being punctured; the surface of the carton needs to be marked with shipping marks according to international standards, including product model, gross weight / net weight, size, destination, MADE IN CHINA, moisture-proof / upward / fragile labels, etc.
