3D Casting Welding Table is a thick, high-quality steel platform covered with precision circular holes arranged at standard intervals. Core of this system is to use these holes along with a series of supporting fixtures, brackets, bolts, and stoppers to quickly and accurately fix workpieces of any shape in three-dimensional space.
High-quality ductile iron is usually used and undergoes stress relief treatment to ensure that the platform is strong, stable, shock-resistant, and not easily deformed due to temperature and stress.

Working principle
How does 3D Casting Welding Table work?
Traditional welding requires production of a large number of temporary fixtures to fix the workpieces, which is a cumbersome and inaccurate process. The workflow of 3D welding platform is as follows:
1. Positioning: Place workpiece (whether it is a square tube, round tube, steel plate, or a casting with a complex shape) on the platform.
2. Clamping: Use special angle clamps, vices, support rods and other tools to pass through the grid holes on the platform, and firmly fix the workpiece from different directions and angles.
3. Welding: Since workpiece is perfectly fixed, it can effectively prevent deformation and shrinkage caused by heat during the welding process, ensuring absolute dimensional accuracy.
4. Disassembly and resetting: After completion, easily loosen the clamps and remove workpiece. The next workpiece can be quickly positioned in exactly the same way, achieving perfect repeatability.
