The Anti-Rust 3D Welding Table is an upgraded version of the standard 3D flexible welding table, achieving long-lasting rust prevention, high-temperature resistance, and resistance to welding spatter corrosion through special surface treatment and material optimization. It retains the core advantages of three-dimensional positioning and modular combination, while significantly extending its service life through anti-rust technology. It is suitable for harsh industrial environments such as humid, dusty, and high-temperature welding, and is a core tooling platform in fields such as steel structures, construction machinery, rail transit, and automobile manufacturing.

 Common Tabletop Sizes: 1000mm×1000mm, 2000mm×1000mm, customizable up to 6000mm×1000mm
 Tabletop Thickness: 12-25mm, strong load-bearing capacity, heavy-duty models can accommodate large tonnage workpieces
 Hole System: Two mainstream standard systems: D16 (16mm hole diameter, 50mm hole spacing) and D28 (28mm hole diameter, 100mm hole spacing), compatible with general fixtures and positioning accessories

Core anti-rust process

Plasma Nitriding Treatment: A mainstream process for high-end models, forming a dense nitride layer on the surface. It offers high temperature resistance (withstanding welding temperatures above 480℃), resistance to welding spatter, and resistance to acid and alkali corrosion. The anti-rust layer does not peel or crack, and its service life is more than 5 times longer than ordinary coatings.

Galvanizing/Blackening Treatment: A common process for economical models, forming an anti-rust film through hot-dip galvanizing, electrolytic galvanizing, or high-temperature blackening. It isolates air and moisture, is cost-effective, and provides stable anti-rust performance, suitable for conventional welding scenarios.

Special Anti-Corrosion Coating: Some customized models use a special high-temperature and spatter-resistant coating. The surface is smooth and non-stick to welding slag, allowing for easy cleaning after welding, while also blocking moisture and corrosive chemical media.
Edge Passivation Treatment: The holes and edges of the tabletop are rounded/passivated to avoid stress concentration that could lead to coating damage, structurally reducing the risk of corrosion.

Key process highlights: five-sided perpendicularity tolerance ≤ 0.05mm/m, positioning holes without burrs, inner walls smooth, ensuring smooth insertion and removal of positioning pins without gaps.

 The anti-corrosion process utilizes technologies such as plasma nitriding and chromium-free galvanizing, eliminating traditional chromium passivation processes and avoiding heavy metal pollution.
