Robot welding table refers to the new type of 3D modular welding workbench robot. It is an industrial automation device integrating a 3D modular welding platform and an automated welding robot, and can adapt to various workpieces through modular combination. Robot welding table robot enables you to achieve one-time clamping during the welding process, improving your welding accuracy. The entire set of equipment can change according to the changes of products. One set of fixtures can meet the requirements of several products or dozens of products, thereby greatly accelerating the process of product research and development and trial production. It saves a great deal of human, material and financial resources and is an environmentally friendly and low-carbon product.
The five working surfaces of the New 3D Modular welding table robot working surface all have holes with grid markings of 100x100mm or 50x50mm. The planar, parallel and vertical tolerance accuracy of its five surfaces, as well as the positional accuracy between holes, are all very high, ensuring that the positioning on the tabletop and the combination between the tabletop and other modules have sufficient usage accuracy requirements. The size of the basic countertop can be freely selected from 1000x1000mm to 4000x2000mm. Special sizes can be customized.

Relying on standardized multi-hole grids and precise positioning components, the positioning accuracy can reach 0.01-0.05mm, effectively avoiding errors in manual positioning.
The consistency of repeated positioning is strong, ensuring the uniformity of weld positions and dimensions of batch workpieces, and reducing welding defects (such as incomplete penetration and offset).

The mainstream materials are HT250 cast iron or Q345 alloy steel. After heat treatment to eliminate internal stress, they have excellent resistance to deformation and wear.
The countertop is rationally designed with a porous structure, featuring strong load-bearing capacity (ranging from several hundred kilograms to tens of tons), capable of withstanding welding impacts and long-term operational loads, and has low maintenance costs.
