1. Tabletop
- Materials: HT300 cast iron (offers excellent vibration damping and high stability) or Q355/S355 steel (provides superior toughness).
- Surface Treatment: Plasma nitriding (HV 550–950; prevents weld spatter adhesion, enhances wear resistance, and provides rust protection-standard on high-end models).
- Flatness Standard: 0.02 mm.
2. Support Structure: Adjustable legs equipped with leveling screws for height/level adjustment and load-bearing; options available for lifting bases or floor-anchored mounts.
3. Modular Accessories (fully interchangeable)
- Positioning: Right-angle positioning blocks, locating pins, stops, support pillars, V-blocks, and extension blocks (square boxes).
- Clamping: Quick-action clamps, screw clamps, eccentric clamps, hydraulic clamps, and C-clamps.
- Connecting: Quick-locking pins, connecting bolts, shims, and adapter blocks.
