Material: The mainstream material is HT300 high-strength gray cast iron (good vibration damping, wear resistance, and stable precision), while Q355 steel can be selected for heavy loads; high-end products can be nitrided (surface hardness HV600+, rust-proof and wear-resistant).

Assembly method: The module has connection holes/grooves on the side, which are locked with positioning pins (PC pins) and high-strength bolts. After assembly, there is no gap or step, and the overall rigidity is strong.

Support feet: Adjustable cast iron/steel feet, height adjustable from 800 to 1100 mm (to suit different welder heights); heavy-duty feet are secured to the ground with anchor bolts, while light-duty feet can be moved with casters.

Auxiliary structure: bottom reinforcing beam/frame to prevent deformation; tabletop drain trough/hole to drain welding slag and coolant; side grounding terminal to prevent electric shock and resist interference.
