Modular 3D welding table is a welding tooling equipment based on the "modular" design concept - the core is composed of standardized and interchangeable table surface modules, support modules, positioning and clamping modules, which can be flexibly combined and quickly reconfigured like building blocks, adapting to the welding production needs of multiple varieties and medium and small batches, while ensuring positioning accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy. It is widely applied in fields such as construction machinery, automobile manufacturing, rail transit, aerospace, stainless steel products, and structural component welding. |
Product specification
φ28 series welding table: The hole tolerance is d10 grade, and the lock pin matching the platform is h7 grade. The distance between the centers of two adjacent holes is 100±0.05mm
φ16 series welding table: The hole tolerance is d10 grade, and the lock pin matching the platform is h7 grade. The center distance between two adjacent holes is 50±0.05mm.
The workbench columns come in three forms: height (divided into three types) with a load-bearing capacity of 2t each, fixed (frame type) with a load-bearing capacity of 5t, movable (lifting type with a load-bearing capacity of 3t), and (swivel type with brakes and universal wheels with a load-bearing capacity of 1t).

- Low Deformation, High Rigidity: Constructed from high-quality steel or cast iron with an FEM-optimized structure, the table exhibits minimal deformation under heavy loads (less than 0.5mm under a concentrated load of 2 tons). This ensures dimensional stability of the workpiece after welding and results in a low rework rate.
