Made of thick solid steel plate with CNC precision drilled grid holes, the nitrided surface prevents spatter adhesion while through holes quickly drain welding slag and dissipate heat to avoid table deformation. 2D single-sided and full 3D five-sided grid structures are optional to fit simple flat welding or complex multi-dimensional frame workpieces. Containers are stacked flat, with rubber buffer strips between layers to prevent transportation bumps from scratching the grid reference surface
Transportation loss avoidance
High precision nitriding countertops are individually boxed, and fixture accessories are packaged in separate cardboard boxes without mixing or rubbing against the countertops
Common Faults
Table positioning deviation and increased size error
Reason: Long term single point pressure, high temperature burning; Solution: Laser retesting, slight high points polished with oilstone, severe issues returned to the factory for re milling
Grid hole jamming, difficulty in inserting and removing positioning pins
Reason: Accumulation of welding slag and burrs on the inner wall of the hole; Solution: Use a specialized reamer to clean the hole wall and regularly blow through the through-hole
The workbench is shaking unstably
Reason: Loose foundation and ground subsidence; Solution: Re level all supporting foot pads and install anti slip rubber bases
Extensive rusting on the countertop
Only the blackened version is prone to occur; Nitrided countertops rarely rust, apply high-temperature rust proof oil after rust removal
