Surface treatment: No paint peeling, no nitride layer detachment, smooth hole walls without burrs or deformation
Accessories: Clamps/bolts are rust-free and without stripped threads, adjustable feet move smoothly
2. Simple Testing Methods (Basic tools provided by the customer are sufficient)
Flatness: Use a spirit level on different positions of the tabletop; the bubble being centered indicates compliance. For high-precision requirements, a dial indicator + magnetic base can be used to test along the X/Y axes; the value fluctuation should be within the tolerance.
Hole spacing/diameter: Randomly test more than 10 hole positions using a vernier caliper/micrometer, take the average value; no significant deviation indicates compliance.
Surface hardness: A hardness test report will be provided (included with the shipment); customers do not need to perform their own testing. The report includes the test results.
