The Modular fixture table is a high-precision, standardized, and freely combinable industrial-grade modular tooling platform. Through a system of precisely positioned holes evenly distributed across the table surface, and in conjunction with standardized clamps, locating pins, support components, and other parts, it allows for the rapid construction of tooling for positioning, clamping, assembly, welding, and inspection of any workpiece in three-dimensional space. This eliminates the need to design and manufacture dedicated fixtures for each new product, enabling flexible, versatile, and rapid production changeovers.

Safety Design and Human Factors Engineering

1. Mechanical Safety Design
The tabletop edges are rounded and blunted, with no sharp corners to prevent scratches.
The frame structure is enclosed for protection, with no exposed sharp welds.
The load-bearing structure features a safety redundancy design, with a safety factor of 1.5 times or more of the rated load.
The clamps have anti-loosening and overload protection designs to prevent workpiece loosening and falling.

2. Ergonomic Design
Standard working height of 800–850mm, suitable for standing work and reducing fatigue.
Optional lifting function (manual/electric) to accommodate operators of different heights and for collaboration with robots.
The tabletop hole pattern is evenly and reasonably distributed, allowing for clamping without blind spots and providing ample operating space.
Cable and air pipe channels are reserved at the bottom to prevent tangled and trampled wires and pipes.
