The 16mm Welding Table is a precision modular welding workbench based on a 16mm hole diameter. It is designed for precise positioning and welding fixtures under small to medium loads, and is suitable for precision sheet metal, small mechanical parts, and multi-variety, small-batch production.

Utilizing a three-layer protective structure: vacuum-wrapped rust-proof film, filled with moisture-proof desiccant, and cushioned with thickened pearl cotton. Dedicated dust plugs are installed at the tabletop openings to ensure no rust, impact, or dust ingress during sea/land transport.

2. Heavy-duty wooden crate, meeting international standards

Made with custom-made 18mm thick high-strength plywood crates. The frame is reinforced with square tubing, and metal corner protectors are added to the edges. Meets international maritime ISPM 15 (IPPC) fumigation standards, allowing for direct customs clearance without fumigation and adaptable to customs requirements at ports worldwide.

3. Custom-reinforced, suitable for oversized and heavy items

For welding tables of 2000×1500mm and above, the bottom of the crate is reinforced with a steel pallet and anti-slip steel straps to prevent equipment shifting during transport. A single crate can bear up to 3 tons, meeting the needs of long-distance transport of heavy equipment.

The product model, gross weight/net weight, dimensions, destination, shipping marks, fragile/moisture-proof markings are clearly marked on the outside of the box, and an English product information card is attached to facilitate logistics sorting and customer acceptance.
