Product Introduction

Porous welding table is essential standardized workbenches in industrial welding processes, characterized by precisely machined positioning holes distributed uniformly across the table surface (typically following D16/D28 industry-standard hole systems). These pre-drilled holes enable quick and accurate fixation of workpieces via positioning pins, clamps and other basic accessories, eliminating the need for traditional marking and spot-welding positioning methods to enhance welding precision and efficiency. As the foundational form of 3D flexible welding tables, they are designed for general-purpose welding tasks with standard-sized workpieces, offering cost-effective and reliable performance for small-scale production or entry-level welding operations, but lack the customization and adaptability for non-standard or heavy-duty workpiece welding.

Porous countertop: Usually made of high-strength cast iron or steel, it is covered with grid-shaped suction holes at standard intervals (such as 25mm, 100mm). This is the foundation of the entire system.

Vacuum system: Includes vacuum pump, vacuum tank, control valve and piping. It is responsible for generating and maintaining a strong suction.

Sealing components:High-temperature sealing bag: A high-temperature-resistant silicone or polymer bag used to cover most of the countertop, with suction holes only left in the areas where workpieces need to be placed.

Magnetic sealing module: A magnetic plug with a sealing ring, which can quickly seal individual or small sections of suction holes to achieve more flexible sealing.

01.What are the core material and precision parameters of the product?

The welding table body is mostly made of HT200/HT300 gray cast iron or Q345 steel. After annealing treatment to eliminate internal stress, the surface hardness after nitriding can reach HRC35 - 45. The tolerance of hole spacing is ≤ 0.05mm, and the flatness accuracy can reach 0.1mm/m, which can meet the high-precision welding requirements in fields such as automotive manufacturing and aerospace.

02.Do you support ODM/OEM customization?

Customization services are supported. Special-sized and hole-diameter specifications can be customized according to customer needs. Exclusive brand logos and matching fixtures can also be customized. Customized tooling modules made of special materials (such as stainless steel) can also be achieved, but the customization cycle and cost need to be confirmed in advance.
