Porous Flat Welding Tables

The Porous Flat Welding Table is a revolutionary welding fixture base platform. Its core feature lies in the fact that the tabletop is covered with standard threaded holes arranged in a precise grid pattern. These hole arrays act as "universal anchor points", allowing various modular fixtures (such as support columns, stop blocks, and clamping tools) to be quickly, flexibly, and precisely installed and fixed. Through this design, it upgrades the traditional two-dimensional welding surface into a three-dimensional clamping system, capable of comfortably meeting the positioning and support requirements of various complex workpieces, thereby significantly improving the accuracy, efficiency, and consistency of welding operations, and is the core equipment for achieving modern flexible manufacturing and efficient production.

 Porous structure:
There are precisely machined hole arrays on the surface, following standard grids (for example, with grid spacings of 100mm, 50mm, etc.).
These holes are usually threaded holes (with threads on the inner wall) or plain holes (smooth round holes, used in conjunction with specific locking pins).
The two most common aperture standards are:
Φ28mm / M16 thread: Heavy-duty standard, with extremely strong load-bearing capacity, it is the mainstream in the industrial field.
Φ16mm / M8 thread: Light standard type, suitable for smaller and lighter workpieces.

 Function:

Anchor Point Function: These holes serve as the "anchors" for the entire system. All fixture attachments are securely fastened in these holes using bolts or quick-lock devices, enabling precise positioning in both the X and Y directions.
Foundation for support and clamping: By installing upright rods, support blocks and clamps at the appropriate holes, a three-dimensional structure can be constructed to support and clamp the workpiece from below (in the Z direction) and from the sides.
