Products Description

1. Hole system benchmark: The diameter 28 hole on the table/side is a unified benchmark, and all fixtures are designed according to this.
2. Modular fixture: equipped with positioning pins, locking pins, right angle blocks, V-shaped blocks, pressure plates, support columns, etc., directly inserted into D28 holes to quickly fix the workpiece.
3. 3D positioning:
X/Y: Determine the horizontal position based on the hole grid.
Z: Use support blocks/cushion blocks to determine the height.
4. Angle: Use a right angle block/angle sensor to determine the vertical or any angle.
5. Repetitive accuracy: The hole system has high accuracy, and the same workpiece can be repeatedly clamped with good consistency, reducing marking/measurement time.

The countertop and all five sides are fully nitrided, with anti welding slag adhesion, high temperature resistance, scratch resistance, rust and corrosion resistance.
