Platform main body: D16 3D Welding Table with five porous surfaces and reinforced ribs on the bottom surface; Surface nitriding/blackening, anti welding slag adhesion, easy to clean.
Support system: adjustable support legs (± 50mm) or steel frame; Optional casters/hydraulic lifting, easy to move and position.
Fixture kit (optional):
- Positioning: L-shaped block, U-shaped block, angle gauge, positioning pin.
- Clamping: quick clamp, spiral clamp, pressure plate, locking pin.
- Auxiliary: ruler, level, splash guard.

- Prioritize selecting the platform based on the maximum size of the workpiece: workpiece length and width+200~300mm margin, reserved clamping space
- Cast iron has better precision and stability, suitable for long-term precision welding; Steel version has high cost-effectiveness and is suitable for budget limited scenarios
- If you need to move the workstation, it is recommended to choose brake casters; Heavy duty workpiece welding can upgrade and reinforce steel frame
