Countertop structure
Basic Form: The workbench features a rectangular, precisely machined plate with five precision working surfaces (top + four sides). Each surface is machined with a standardized grid of holes, supporting multi-directional and multi-angle tool mounting and workpiece positioning.
Splicing Capability: The workbench has standardized connection grooves/positioning holes on all sides, allowing for seamless splicing of multiple platforms to create an extra-large working surface, meeting the welding needs of large structural components (such as excavator arms and vehicle frames).
Material Options:
Q355 Carbon Steel (Standard): Yield strength ≥355MPa, tensile strength 470-630MPa, strong deformation resistance, suitable for high-frequency heavy-duty welding scenarios, and cost-effective;
Core Process: Vacuum nitriding treatment + anti-rust coating. After treatment, the workbench hardness can reach HRC55-60, capable of withstanding high temperatures from welding spatter (instantaneous temperature ≥1500℃) and metal friction, preventing scratches and corrosion on the workbench surface;
Auxiliary Process: Precision milling, workbench flatness ≤0.1mm/1000mm, deflection under heavy load ≤0.03mm, ensuring that the accuracy does not degrade during long-term use.

After-sales service commitment
Core Warranty: The entire product is covered by a 12-month (1-year) free warranty. The starting date of the warranty is based on the date of equipment acceptance or arrival (purchase is required).
Coverage: During the warranty period, if any faults occur due to quality issues of the product's materials, manufacturing process, or core components (such as the main body of the welding table, positioning pins, clamp bodies, etc.), free repair or replacement services will be provided.
Exclusions： Normal wear and tear of easily damaged parts (such as clamping pads, anti-slip teeth), improper human operation, overloading use, unauthorized modification, and damages caused by force majeure (such as natural disasters, collisions and impacts) are not covered by the free warranty.
