Core Components
Main Platform
Material: High-strength ductile iron (QT500-7, with good shock absorption and wear resistance) or high-quality pre-stretched steel plate (Q345B, with strong load-bearing capacity).
Structure: The working surface is covered with positioning holes arranged at standard intervals (such as 100mm) (common standards: D16 / 16mm aperture, D28 / 28mm aperture). The bottom is equipped with dense reinforcing ribs to ensure high rigidity and deformation resistance.
Process: Annealing treatment is carried out to eliminate internal stress, and the working surface is precision milled and ground to ensure extremely high flatness and hole position accuracy.
Function Modules - the "soul" of the system
Positioning elements: Positioning pins, positioning stoppers, V-blocks, angle rulers, etc., used to determine the accurate position of the workpiece.
Clamping elements: Various lever-type, screw-type quick clamps, pressure plates, etc., used to firmly clamp the workpiece.
Supporting elements: Supporting blocks, extension blocks, height fine-tuning jacks of various specifications, etc., used to support the workpiece from different heights.
Connecting Elements
Special T-bolts, nuts, gaskets, etc., used to firmly lock the modules on the platform holes.
