3D welding platform is a modular, high-precision welding fixture system. Its core component is a cast iron or steel platform with a standardized grid of holes (typically square or circular arrays), complemented by a series of three-dimensional adjustable locators, clamps, supports, and fasteners. This system allows workers to quickly and accurately position and clamp workpieces of various complex shapes in three-dimensional space (X, Y, Z axes and rotational directions), providing a versatile benchmark and fixing solution for welding, assembly, inspection, and other processes.

Main components

Platform Body: Typically cast from HT200/HT300 gray cast iron or Q355 steel, stress-relieved by annealing, and surface nitrided (hardness reaching HRC35-45), providing high rigidity and wear resistance. Common sizes include 1000×1000mm and 1200×1200mm, and can be modularly assembled into extra-large workbenches.
Standard Hole System: The working surface and four sides are densely covered with Φ16/Φ28mm standard positioning holes, with a hole spacing of 50mm/100mm, used for positioning and connecting accessories. Positioning accuracy can reach ±0.05mm.
Functional Accessories: Including positioning blocks, V-blocks, quick clamps, height-adjustable support feet, etc., which can be quickly combined to achieve three-dimensional positioning and clamping of workpieces.
Support Adjustment: The bottom is equipped with adjustable leveling bolts for calibrating the platform's levelness, ensuring an overall flatness error of ≤0.08mm/m.

Free original factory spare parts and repair services are provided during the warranty period.
