Hole pattern design: The work surface features evenly distributed positioning holes with a diameter of 16mm. The hole spacing is typically 50mm or 100mm (industry standard module). The inner walls of the holes are heat-treated, achieving a hardness of HRC55 or higher, ensuring wear resistance and preventing deformation.

1. Basic Protection Layer: Rust and Moisture Protection, Protecting Precision Components
Metal parts pretreatment: Metal parts such as the workbench surface, fixture components, and CNC system guide rails need to be rust-proofed first-by spraying anti-rust oil or applying anti-rust film. Electrical components such as the CNC system need to be sealed separately in anti-static bags to prevent oxidation and short circuits in the high-humidity environment of sea transport.
Cushioning and filling: Precision parts such as the T-slots and 16mm positioning holes on the workbench surface need to be filled with EVA foam or silicone plugs to prevent dust ingress or deformation during transportation; loose accessories such as fixtures are classified and packed into hard cardboard boxes, and the boxes are filled with pearl cotton for cushioning and fixing to prevent shaking and wear.
2. Main Packaging Layer: Reinforcement and Impact Resistance, Suitable for Long-Distance Transportation
According to the transportation distance and method, there are two packaging specifications:
Inland transportation / Short-distance sea transportation (e.g., Southeast Asia): Plywood pallet packaging. The main frame is fixed on a fumigation-free plywood pallet (compliant with IPPC standards, with fumigation markings), cross-strapped with steel straps or high-strength packing straps. Anti-slip wooden pads are added to the bottom of the pallet, and the edges are wrapped with corner protectors to prevent bumps during loading and unloading. Applicable scenarios: routes with short transportation cycles and few transshipments, lower cost.
Ocean shipping / Multimodal transport (e.g., Europe, America, South America): Wooden box vacuum packaging. A detachable plywood wooden box (thickness ≥18mm, load-bearing capacity ≥15 tons) is used. After placing the entire workbench inside, a waterproof and breathable film is covered, and then vacuum sealing is performed. Desiccant is placed inside (500g of silica gel desiccant per cubic meter) to isolate seawater salt and moisture. Metal reinforcement straps need to be added to the outside of the wooden box, and anti-collision angle steel is welded to the four corners to ensure that it does not deform during stacking; the box surface needs to be clearly marked with shipping marks: product model, gross weight/net weight, dimensions, destination port, moisture-proof/upward/fragile markings (international universal logistics symbols).
