Workflow of Modular D28 System 3D Welding Table
Example of Workflow (Welding a Rectangular Frame)
→. Clean the workbench: Ensure there is no slag on the contact surfaces of the workbench and the fixtures.
→. Establish a reference datum: Use a square and locating pins to set up an accurate 90-degree angle on the workbench as the reference datum.
→. Position the workpiece: Place the square tube against the reference datum, and use stop blocks and locating pins to determine its length and position.
→. Clamp: Firmly secure the square tube with clamps.
→. Assemble and spot weld: Precisely position and clamp the second square tube in the same manner, at a right angle to the first tube, then perform spot welding.
→. Repeat and complete: Repeat the steps to quickly build the entire rectangular frame and perform full welding.
→. Record (optional but important): Record the coordinate positions of each locating pin and fixture for future use.

We offer flexible shipping solutions and collaborate with reliable logistics partners:
Shipping methods: Depending on the volume, weight of the goods and your requirements, we can arrange road transportation, railway transportation or sea transportation.
Division of responsibilities:
Ex Works (EXW): Customers pick up the goods themselves or designate a freight forwarder to pick up the goods at the factory, and the transportation risks shall be borne by the customers.
Cost, Insurance and Freight/Free on Board (CIF/FOB, etc.): We will be responsible for arranging transportation to the designated port, and the specific terms shall be subject to the contract.
Door-to-door service: We can provide all-inclusive logistics services to deliver goods to the designated location (additional quotation is required).
