Steel parts welding fabrication tables are mainly divided into two series: D16 and D28. The D16 series mostly features a 50×50mm grid spacing, while the D28 series mostly features a 100×100mm grid spacing, accommodating different sizes of tooling fixtures.

Frame Structure: The base is a welded steel frame (I-beam/square tube) with built-in reinforcing ribs to improve overall rigidity and prevent deformation caused by heavy workpiece pressure or high temperatures during welding.
Surface Treatment: The tabletop undergoes quenching + tempering + shot blasting for rust removal, followed by spraying with wear-resistant and anti-corrosion paint or carburizing/nitriding treatment. The surface hardness can reach HRC50 or higher, providing strong resistance to welding spatter and scratches.

Tips

Clamping Procedure:Follow the "position first, then clamp" principle. Use locating pins, angle plates, and other accessories to accurately position the workpiece before securing it with clamps. This prevents workpiece displacement caused by direct clamping, which can affect welding accuracy.
Regularly Clean Table Holes and Accessories:After welding, promptly remove welding slag, dust, and oil from the table holes. Use a dedicated hole brush or compressed air for cleaning; apply anti-rust oil to the surface of the accessories to prevent rust and jamming.
Control Clamping Force Appropriately: Avoid excessive force with manual clamps. For hydraulic/pneumatic clamps, strictly operate according to the rated pressure to prevent workpiece deformation or damage to the accessories.
Avoid Overloading:Strictly adhere to the maximum load capacity specified for the equipment. Overloading can cause permanent deformation of the table surface, directly affecting subsequent accuracy.
Do Not Weld or Strike on Nitrided Table Surfaces:Nitrided table surfaces are hard but relatively brittle. Do not weld directly on the table surface or strike it with heavy objects to prevent cracking.
