Typical structure
Tabletop: The core component, the tabletop is an integrated steel plate with minimal flatness error (high-precision models can achieve an error of less than 0.05mm/m). The surface is free of protrusions and burrs, ensuring a tight fit when workpieces are placed on it. Stress relief, milling, and grinding processes ensure flatness.
Hole System: Standardized arrangement of holes (e.g., D28 series: 28mm hole diameter, 100mm spacing; or M16 threaded holes). Used for mounting fixtures.
Main Frame: Constructed from heavy-duty square steel, I-beams, or box beams, ensuring overall rigidity.
Reinforcing Ribs: Densely arranged reinforcing plates beneath the tabletop prevent deformation.
