This Positioning Welding Platform is a heavy duty modular work platform engineered for precise fixture positioning and welding assembly in metal fabrication workshops. It adopts a standardized perforated tabletop layout with matched positioning holes, enabling rapid clamping and alignment of workpieces from multiple directions. The standardized D28 hole grid delivers high precision positioning for welding fixtures and workpieces. The consistent hole pitch allows operators to quickly arrange clamps and locating pins without custom jigs, greatly shortening setup time for both prototype testing and batch welding production.
Nitriding surface treatment enhances the hardness of the entire perforated tabletop. It creates a protective layer that resists welding spatter adhesion, scratches and daily abrasive wear, maintaining the original positioning accuracy even after years of heavy workshop use.
The heavy rigid Q355 steel welded frame provides outstanding structural stability. Equipped with adjustable leveling feet, the platform can be leveled easily on uneven workshop floors. The solid structure suppresses vibration during welding and minimizes thermal deformation caused by welding heat input.
