The Welding Fixture Tables is a modular metalworking platform based on a 16mm standard hole diameter. It is primarily used in metal processing applications such as welding, assembly, and inspection. Thanks to its precise hole pattern design and modular accessories, it enables quick positioning and clamping of workpieces, making it suitable for small to medium-batch, multi-product manufacturing.

Specifications

The standard hole spacing for the Welding Fixture Tables are 50±0.05mm, using a 50mm×50mm grid pattern. It is compatible with 16mm standard locating holes and is a common industry standard, ensuring workpiece positioning accuracy and fixture interchangeability. Some customized versions use a 100±0.05mm hole spacing to accommodate larger workpieces, but the 50mm hole spacing is the mainstream and more suitable for precise positioning and quick clamping of small and medium-sized parts.

Structural design

Base Table: Made of integrally formed cast iron or high-strength steel plate, the table surface is covered with 16mm precision positioning holes, arranged in a 50mm or 100mm grid pattern, and marked with corresponding grid lines for quick positioning and measurement.
Support Structure: The bottom features a reinforced rib design, and some models are equipped with adjustable support feet to adjust the table's levelness and adapt to different floor environments.
Modular Interface: The 16mm holes on the table surface and sides can connect various clamps, positioning blocks, support columns, and other accessories, enabling workpiece fixing in two or three dimensions.

Tabletop Size Customization: Within our standard mold range, we can adjust the length and width of the D16 work table to fit your workshop space or common workpiece sizes. Minor adjustments are free of charge, while significant customizations only incur a reasonable mold cost.
Hole Pattern Optimization: The 16mm standard hole diameter is a common industry specification (ensuring fixture interchangeability) and cannot be changed. However, we can adjust the hole spacing grid (50mm/100mm optional) or add positioning holes in specific areas of the tabletop based on your high-frequency welding processes to improve workpiece clamping efficiency.
Surface Treatment Customization: We offer nitriding treatment as standard (wear-resistant and slag-resistant). Based on your operating environment, we can also customize surface treatments such as blackening or chrome plating to meet specific needs such as rust prevention and easy cleaning.
