Working Principle and Process
Preparation: Import the workpiece drawing or 3D model into specialized software (or plan it in your head) to design the fixture layout.
Assembling the Fixture: Clean 3D Welding Fixture Workbench surface and insert the appropriate bolts into the grid holes according to the plan. Then, install the positioning components (first determine the reference surface), the support components, and finally the clamping components.
Workpiece Installation: The workpiece is placed into the pre-assembled fixture "formwork," accurately positioned using positioning elements, and then securely secured with clamping elements.
Welding: Welding can be performed robotically or manually. Because the fixture effectively controls deformation, weld quality is higher.
Disassembly and Changeover: After welding is complete, the clamp is released and the workpiece is removed. The fixture components are then quickly disassembled to prepare for welding the next, completely different product.
