Product Overview
Our heavy duty welding platform, also known as 3D flexible welding table, adopts modular grid hole design with D16 and D28 standard hole system. It is made of premium Q355B steel or gray cast iron. The surface is treated with plasma nitriding to gain high hardness, abrasion resistance and welding spatter resistance. Cooperated with a full range of positioning brackets, clamps and fixtures, the platform can quickly complete clamping and positioning of different workpieces. It replaces traditional fixed welding jigs, greatly reduces tooling manufacturing cycle and cost. This heavy load workbench can withstand long time continuous welding operation, widely used for manual welding and robotic automatic welding.
