Premium Welding Table And Clamps serve as all-in-one flexible welding tooling for industrial metalworking. Our 3D modular welding table adopts stress-relieved steel plate or cast iron with anti-spatter nitriding treatment, equipped with standard D16 50×50mm and D28 100×100mm hole grids. Supporting matching modular welding clamps, locking pins, V-blocks, angle stops and vertical/horizontal clamping units, the whole system allows free adjustment of positioning schemes for various welding tasks. Ideal for sheet metal processing, chassis fabrication, tubular workpieces and robotic welding applications. Standard Operating Procedures
1. Clean the worktable and all welding slag and metal debris from inside the holes;
2. Place the positioning blocks and tighten the locking pins;
3. Align the workpiece with the positioning reference and pre-place the fixture;
4. Apply even pressure, avoiding excessive pressure at a single point that could deform the thin plate;
5. Spot weld for fixation first, then continue welding;
6. Do not immediately loosen the clamp after welding; allow the workpiece to cool and release stress to prevent springback deformation;
7. Disassemble the workpiece, clean the fixture, and store it away.
