Deep nitriding treatment (0.3–0.5mm, HV 600+) creates a molecular-hardened surface - not a coating that chips off. Weld spatter beads up and wipes clean; surface resists scratches, rust, and wear for 10+ years of daily use.

100mm thick tabletop with integrated reinforcing ribs on the underside - a single rigid casting, not a flimsy welded plate. Handles 5,000 kg+ static load with zero deflection.
