Basic Info
Material: Mainstream is HT250/HT300 high-strength gray cast iron (or Q355 Steel), annealed and naturally aged for double stress relief, resulting in minimal deformation; high-end models undergo surface nitriding treatment (hardness HV600+), providing wear resistance and preventing weld slag adhesion.
Hole System Standards (Globally Compatible):
D28 (System28): Hole diameter φ28mm, hole spacing 100mm (mainstream, heavy-duty/large workpieces).
D16 (System16): Hole diameter φ16mm, hole spacing 50mm (light-duty/precision small parts).
Accuracy: Flatness ≤0.05mm/m, hole spacing tolerance ±0.02mm, repeatability ±0.05mm.
Common Sizes (Expandable):
1000×1000mm, 1200×1500mm, 1500×2000mm, 2000×4000mm, etc.
Five sides usable: standard holes evenly distributed on the tabletop and four sides, supporting 3D assembly (X/Y/Z axes).
