Workflow: How is it applied?
Take assembling a rectangular steel pipe frame as an example:
Establishing a benchmark: Insert two precision square rulers into the grid holes of the workbench to form a perfect 90-degree angle benchmark.
Placing workpieces: Lean the two steel pipes against the two sides of the square ruler respectively.
Clamping and fixing: Use quick clamps or pressure arms to press the steel pipes tightly onto the workbench from the side and above.
Tack welding: At this point, the angle between the two steel pipes has been accurately fixed at 90 degrees, and spot welding can be performed.
Adding remaining components: Use accessories such as stoppers and support blocks to position and clamp other steel pipes, and gradually complete the assembly of the entire frame.
Final welding: After all components are accurately positioned and tack-welded, perform the final welding.
