Lemar Nitrided three-dimensional welding platform is a three-dimensional flexible welding platform which has been treated by special nitridation process.
Nitriding treatment is a chemical heat treatment process that enhances the surface hardness, wear resistance, fatigue strength, and corrosion resistance of steel components by penetrating nitrogen atoms into their outer layers.
For three-dimensional flexible welding platforms, this treatment significantly boosts surface hardness to over 400HV, effectively extending service life while enabling them to withstand frequent welding operations and workpiece friction.
The platform supports customization, and can be designed and produced according to the specific needs of customers to meet the requirements of different welding parts.

The three-dimensional welding platform with high permeability is widely used in sheet metal, frame, box and frame welding fields. Due to its high hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance, the welding process is more stable and efficient.t.
High hardness and wear resistance: After nitriding treatment, a very high hardness nitride layer is formed on the surface of the platform, which significantly improves the wear resistance of the platform.
Good corrosion resistance: the nitride layer can effectively isolate air and water, making the platform have excellent rust prevention, anti-corrosion ability, and maintain good performance even in harsh working environment.
